Our story…
This year, I’m running the Run Jen Run 5K with the TaTa Troopers not just for the miles, but for everything those miles represent. After completing breast cancer treatment in 2025, survivorship is still something I’m learning how to live into, one step at a time.
I’m running for the Go Jen Go Foundation because they were there for me when I needed it most. As a former grantee, I know what it feels like to be in the middle of treatment, exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure how to manage the everyday costs of simply getting through the day. Go Jen Go stepped in and lifted some of that weight, allowing me to focus on healing when that was all I had the capacity to do.
Breast cancer doesn’t just take a toll on the body. It seeps into every corner of life - finances, relationships, mental health, and the sense of safety you once had. Having an organization show up with real, tangible support can make an unimaginable season feel a little more survivable.
If you choose to donate, share this page, or cheer on the TaTa Troopers from afar, please know how deeply it matters. Every dollar raised helps someone in the thick of treatment feel less alone and a little more supported.
Thank you for walking alongside me, for believing in this mission, and for helping turn these miles into hope.
